When you use Rebound, we collect the information you provide during the assessment (your situation, financial runway, insurance status, and emotional state) to generate your personalized plan. If you choose to save your plan, we collect your email address.

How we use your data

Your data is used to deliver your personalized recovery plan, associate saved progress with your email when you choose to save your plan, track product usage, and improve the experience. We may add product emails later, but we do not rely on ongoing email delivery for core product access today.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share your information with recruiters, staffing agencies, or employers without your explicit opt-in consent. We do not use your data for advertising targeting. We do not operate a hidden lead-generation business behind the consumer product.

Data storage

Assessment and plan data are associated with your session or email address and are not publicly accessible. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the current product stage, but no system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

Analytics

We use product analytics tools to understand usage patterns and improve the experience. This data is anonymized and aggregated. We do not use invasive tracking or sell analytics data.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. If Rebound begins sending product emails later, those emails will include a way to opt out.
