Rebound

Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

Service description

Rebound provides a job-loss recovery tool with a free triage experience, personalized action plans, resource guides, and an optional paid execution layer available as a one-time purchase. The service is designed to help people organize their response to job loss and is not a substitute for legal, financial, therapeutic, or medical advice.

Not professional advice

Rebound does not provide legal, financial, medical, or therapeutic advice. Information about unemployment benefits, severance, insurance, and job search practices is for general guidance only. Consult qualified professionals for specific advice related to your situation.

Account and access

The free triage experience does not require account creation. If you provide your email to save your plan, that email is used to associate your saved plan with you. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email address.

Paid execution access

Rebound may offer a paid execution layer as a one-time purchase. Pricing, included features, and launch timing may change before checkout goes live. If billing becomes available, any additional purchase terms or refund terms will be presented during checkout.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Rebound for personal career recovery planning. You may not use the service to scrape data, resell content, or misrepresent the service.

Limitation of liability

Rebound is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about employment outcomes, financial results, or specific benefits eligibility. Use the tools and information at your own discretion and risk.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
